1st Timothy Chapter 6

Chris Bower

Accepting Jesus is just the starting line, not the finish line of our spiritual journey. As believers, we must actively flee from harmful influences like false doctrine, prideful teachers, sensational teaching, and the love of money. Simultaneously, we should pursue righteousness, godliness, faith working through love, and gentle steadfastness. Just as marriage requires ongoing pursuit to strengthen the relationship, our walk with God demands continuous effort. We must see ourselves as God sees us - as His children and temples of the Holy Spirit, not defined by past failures.
