Rick & Marci Powell
Our resident “seasoned” shepherds/pastors who are crazy about loving people the way Jesus does and walking beside you to find and/or deepen a relationship with the One who said, “Come and I will give you rest.” Married since 1977, Rick and Marci have four children, (including children in-laws) and six grandkids. They have served in various ministerial roles for over 50 years. Rick currently leads our shepherding team and Marci is our Children’s Director.
Kumar & Nilda Santhosh
Kumar and Nilda share a remarkable testimony of faith, courage, and unwavering devotion to Christ that spans over three decades. Married for 34 years, they have been blessed with three children and nine grandchildren, building a legacy of faith that continues to impact generations.
Kumar's spiritual journey is a powerful testament to God's transforming grace. Born and raised in the Hindu faith, Kumar's life was radically changed when he encountered Jesus Christ. In a beautiful demonstration of God's redemptive power, Kumar became an instrument in his own family's salvation, faithfully sharing the gospel with his parents and siblings, all of whom received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. His story stands as a living example of how one transformed life can become a catalyst for generational change.
Together, Kumar and Nilda have demonstrated extraordinary courage in their commitment to advancing God's kingdom, even in the face of significant personal risk. During their time in Saudi Arabia, they witnessed firsthand the reality of persecution and the resilience of the underground church. In a region where Christians faced imprisonment and severe consequences for their faith, Kumar and Nilda courageously served alongside believers who risked everything to worship and share the gospel.
