s Timothy - Chapter 4
Chris Bower
Spiritual discipline is essential for maintaining our faith and resisting deception. Just as physical fitness requires consistent training, our spiritual walk demands dedication to God's Word, prayer, and church community. Without discipline, we risk departing from faith and falling prey to cultural lies about salvation and Christian living. We must train ourselves for godliness, surround ourselves with mature believers who can encourage us, and actively use the spiritual gifts God has given us. Building spiritual muscles through consistent practice prepares us for life's challenges and prevents us from neglecting our calling.
