Chris Bower
Lead Pastor
Chris Bower came to NCC in 2003 after walking away from ministry. NCC did for him and his family what it does best, loved them into healthy lives. Little did he know that God was putting him on a path to one day being the Lead Pastor. Along the way, he served as Middle School Minister, Youth Pastor, and Executive Pastor. In 2019 he became NCC's second Lead Pastor. He and his wife Lisa, have 3 daughters.
Chris Comstock
Creative Director
Chris Comstock came to NCC in 2012. He and his wife Stephanie took a year hiatus in 2022 to help facilitate Praise and Worship at a struggling area church. Upon their return in 2023, Chris stepped in to help the worship team while the worship team lead was on an extended trip. In October 2023 Chris took on the role of Worship Team Lead/Covenant Creative Lead. He has worked in multiple ministries inside of New Covenant Church Including Worship, Youth, and Cov Kids. He and his wife have one son, Gabriel. We Love NCC and are excited about where God is leading this body.
Chase & Hannah Hubner
Youth Pastors
Chase Hubner has been attending NCC since 2017 and has been leading the Youth Ministry with his wife, Hannah, since 2023. Apart from serving with his amazing team, Chase is usually found golfing, looking for something to fix around the house, or playing with his two dogs Gus and Richard.
MARCI POWELL
Children's Pastor
With over 50 years in the classroom and Administration Marci brings knowledge and passion to create fun and engaging experiences. She and her team work to cultivate an environment where kids will develop a strong personal relationship with God, a deep love for his word, and a desire to live it out and share it.
Jayson Cáceres
Teaching Team Lead
Jayson has a passion for the word of God and seeing the body of Christ grow in the knowledge of the word, so "that the church may be complete, equipped for every good work." 2 Tim. 3:17. Jayson also has a passion to serve at any capacity and can be seen filling in the gap where there's a need. Jayson has been attending NCC since 2016 and a member since 2017. In addition to teaching, Jayson also serves on the Worship and Tech Teams.
Eric Wohlbruck
Evangelism Team Lead
Reaching out to share the good news that God loves and cares for you no matter who you are or what your situation is, is what Eric does daily to those in some of life’s most difficult situations.
Sam Fisher
Founding Pastor
Having served as a missionary and ministry leader for many years Sam brings a wealth of experience as the founding pastor to NCC. While Sam loves all things involving the work of the Kingdom of God, missions has always had a special place in his life. However, his greatest love is his wife Yvette, followed closely by his family, especially the four grandchildren.
