Called to Your Workplace

Understanding that Jesus is Lord transforms how we view our workplace purpose. We are God's workmanship, created for good works that He prepared in advance for us to do. Work isn't part of the curse—it's part of God's blessing and design for our lives. Your workplace is where you grow as a disciple, practicing grace, forgiveness, and demonstrating Christ's character. You may be the only Jesus your coworkers ever encounter, making you God's plan A in that environment. Whether you realize it or not, you are in full-time ministry, serving as an ambassador for Christ wherever God has positioned you.
